A popular British doctor and newspaper columnist with Daily Mail, Dr. Michael Mosley, has been found dead after he went missing for five days while on holidays on an island.
Greek police reportedly confirmed today they found Dr. Mosley’s body after a five-day search on the Greek holiday island of Symi.
Dr. Mosley is well-known in the UK for popularizing the 5:2 diet. He made regular television appearances.
According to reports, he was with his friends at Agios Nikolaos beach on Wednesday, June 5, 2024 before going for a walk alone to the centre of the island.
Police believed Dr Mosley was seen on CCTV in the town of Pedi before making a wrong turn along a path heading north, on the island of Symi, according to Daily Mail.
