SHS Student Remanded For Having Sex With Mad Woman 3 Times

A senior high school (SHS) student at Capital Government Day Secondary School in Nigeria, Idris Alex Emeka, has been remanded into prison custody for allegedly raping a mad woman three times.
The suspect was remanded after pleading guilty during the Chief Magistrate Court 2 sitting in Yola. He had been arraigned on a rape charge.
The presiding judge, Magistrate Musa Alhaji Adamu, remanded Idris Alex Emeka after he pleaded guilty to the offence of rape in contravention of section 260 of the penal code.
Prosecutors said the suspect was caught having sex with the mad woman on June 26, 2024.
According to prosecutors, he had sex with the mad woman on three different occasions.
The prosecutor, Inspector Galeon Nimrod, briefed the Court that one Habu Jibrilla visited Karewa Police Station to report the suspect.
