Reconsider Decision to Strike and Return to negotiation table – Ghana Tells Medical Laboratory Workers

 

Ghana has through its Ministry of Health asked Medical Laboratory Professional Workers’ Union (MELPWU) to reconsider their decision to strike.

The Ministry of Health in a statement dated Monday, June 17, 2024, urged MELPWU to return to the negotiation table with the Ghanaian Government’s negotiation team, which it said included the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Employment and Labour Relations, and the Fair Wages and Salaries Commission.
