A pregnant woman and her husband have died after being swept away by a sea wave at California ‘Death Rocks’ while taking photo.
The young couple, identified as Pedro David Guadarrama Ceron, 30, and Emma Nelly Diazleal Lopez, 33, were expecting their baby but sadly lost their lives together.

The two victims were identified by authorities as Pedro David Guadarrama Ceron, 30, and Emma Nelly Diazleal Lopez, 33
US authorities said the couple died as they were reportedly taking photos before being swept off the rocks by a wave and into the ocean.
A press release shared by the Santa Cruz Fire Department on its Facebook account, said the incident occurred in the early evening of July 16 at Santa Cruz’s West Cliff Drive near David Way as responders were notified for a “confirmed water rescue.”
The department stated that when authorities arrived at the scene, the victims were found “floating face down in the ocean.”
“Two rescue swimmers from Santa Cruz Fire and two Santa Cruz City Lifeguards quickly entered the water and made access to both victims, swimming them out to the awaiting Harbor Patrol Rescue Boat, “ according to the department, saying “Advanced life support measures were immediately initiated as the victims were assisted on board the vessel and directed towards the Harbor.”
