Kenyan President Ruto Sacks His Cabinet

President William Ruto of Kenya has bowed to pressure and fired his cabinet.
He, however, spared Prime Cabinet Secretary, Musalia Mudavadi.
According to President Ruto, he took the decision after “reflection, listening to Kenyans, and after holistic appraisal of my Cabinet.”
The firing of Mr. Ruto’s Cabinet comes on the back of recent anti-tax protests across Kenya that left at least 24 people dead.
