GRIDCo, ECG Announce 3 Weeks ‘Dumsor’

Some areas in Ghana are expected to experience erratic electricity supply known in local parlance as dumsor.
The Ghana Grid Company Limited (GRIDCo) and the Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) announced this in a statement dated Thursday, June 13, 2024.
According to the two entities, the three weeks dumsor would be experienced because of reduction in gas supply from Nigeria since June 12, 2024.
