Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia and Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh

Vice President of Ghana and Presidential candidate of the Governing New Patriotic Party, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, has settled on Energy Minister, Dr. Mathew Opoku Prempeh, as his running mate for the 2024 Presidential Election.
Dr. Bawumia has already submitted his choice of running mate to President Nana Akufo-Addo.
He is expected to officially inform the ruling New Patriotic Party about his choice of running mate.
