At least 50 persons are being diagnosed with HIV daily in Ghana, the country’s AIDS Commission has disclosed.
The Director General of the Ghana AIDS Commission, Dr. Kyeremeh Atuahene, who made this known said majority of the people contracting HIV constitute the economically active population.
He stated that majority of the HIV infections are being recorded among persons aged 15 to 49 years.
