Manchester United confirms its first signing ahead of the 2024/25 season

Manchester United has completed its first signing of the summer transfer window ahead of the 2024/25 football season.

The Red Devils signed Silva Mexes from Ipswich Town to join Manchester United. Mexes is the son of former Wales forward Robert Earnshaw, who is most famous for playing for the likes of Nottingham Forest and West Bromwich Albion, amongst others.

Mexes is a forward player, and he will be joining the under-14s at the club, the decision to bring in the youngster is targeted at developing the recruitment pf youngsters at the club. The youngster shared an image on his Instagram holding up the number 7 shirt with his name on the back.
